Roadmap

Recovery first. Monetization second. Never the other way around.

The order is a commercial position as much as an engineering one: a customer who has already recovered real premium is far more comfortable turning on external placement than one who has not.

Phase 1

Foundation and winning back your own quotes

  • A secure, no-duplicate feed of quote activity from the Sovereign core
  • A lead record with the reason it stalled and a complete timeline
  • A permanent consent record and a do-not-contact list
  • Links that reopen a saved quote
  • Email and two-way texting that stop the moment they buy or opt out
  • An agent work queue with ownership and round-robin assignment
  • Measurement of where quotes are lost, in your own numbers

Phase 2

Waterfall and outside revenue

  • Appetite rules that route a risk to your other programs
  • A buyer list with volume caps and agreed pricing
  • A marketplace panel for no-fit and decline screens
  • Ping/post through an existing broker so revenue starts early
  • Duplicate checking, plus exclusive-versus-shared controls
  • Buyer outcomes, revenue reconciliation and invoicing

Phase 3

Smarter routing and your own auction

  • Lead scoring that shows its reasons on four dimensions
  • Routing by expected value across the whole waterfall
  • Best-time-to-send, plus testing on timing and copy
  • A requote engine tied to requested effective dates
  • A Sovereign-hosted auction with buyer quality scoring
  • Blind comparison against similar books

Phase 4

Packaging

  • Onboarding and turn-on for the add-on
  • Attribution reporting a CFO can sign off on
  • A reference setup and rollout playbook for design partners

Design partners

We are looking for a small number of carriers and MGAs with live D2C volume.

Phase 1 is materially better if it is shaped against a real book rather than an assumed one. That is the whole reason to take partners at this stage.

  • Direct influence over the stall reasons we track and the default timing for your lines and states
  • Your own numbers measured first, so you have a real baseline before anyone quotes you an industry benchmark
  • Preferential pricing on the add-on for the life of the initial term
  • Named input into which ping/post buyers are onboarded in phase two
